If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, company (optional), and message you provide so the program can follow up. We do not sell this information. Submissions may be emailed using a transactional provider when that service is configured.
The on-site chat is a website concierge only. It answers questions about this marketing site, Instagram-sourced facts on these pages, and how to start a sponsor conversation. It is not a place to send private financial or personal documents. Messages stay in your browser session except for the text sent to the chat API to produce a reply.
